ATI FireGL V5100

I'm trying to OC , actually underclock this card. If anyone has any idea what software may work I'm all ears. I've tried MSI AB, ATITool, AMDGPUtool and powerstrip. Nothing seems to pick up the core/mem clocks let alone make it possible to change them.

What if you flashed an X800 bios on to it ?

Maybe I'll have to look into that if all else fails. I was counting on the precision to slow things down a bit.
