Windows 10 stuttering / mini freeze

So I upgraded to Windows 10, and I started getting this odd stuttering / mini freezes that last for about a second, the sound also goes crazy with that "DRRR" sound you often get when something freezes. It seems like it happens when I watch videos or play games for the most part.

Have anyone had this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

What hardware do you have? Did you update all your drivers? Are you overclocked? If so, have you tried stock settings?

And if it is only happening during graphic intensive tasks then have you checked the graphics cooling system is operating correctly and that temps are ok?
