I'd try remounting the heatsink.
Those temps at that voltage makes not much sense.

Do you have that fan shroud on it?

Welcome to AMD Fx land these things run hot. To really see what is going on Download Cpu-Z and Hwmonitor open it and run prime blend 20 minutes. If the Cpu temp hits 70c or the package temp 62c then shut it down. Then post screen shots using the inforum hosting tool of Hwmonitor and the following tabs in Cpu-Z, Cpu, Spd and Memory. It will give us a peek under the hood and help evaluate what is going on.

Thanks for Silver_Pharaoh and Mandrake4565 !

I try those methods and see it.
Please give me time a little.

Did you try re-seating the cooler with new TIM ?
That is getting too hot

Try Johans suggestion of reseating the heatsink, but it seems you need more airflow through the case, over the VRM section and Socket area of the Cpu. What are your ambient temperatures and can you also post a screen shot of the Cpu-Z spd tab.

Thank you.

I try the reapplying of the CPU heat sink and see it.
I think that replacing it is the weekend because I do not have the time.
