980ti strix OC problem?

Can't seem to push the boost clock to 1400MHz no matter the GPU voltage i put.

I can get 1350MHz with no problem with no voltage increase.

Anyone know what might cause this?

Asic is 67.8%
Temps looks fine aswell

That may just be the end of the road. Note you are hitting 1513MHz actual....

Yeah, given it some thought, hate having programs run in background or startup, might just uninstall gpu tweak and let it run factory OC settings, it murders everything anyway.
