Okay so I have always gone to Wims for my BIOS utility needs but after not being able to find a working floppy, Award Winflash not being compatible and needing update my Asus CUSL2 to the latest BIOS in Windows I stumbled upon this page: http://esupport.com/techsupport/award/awardutils.php. Lo and behold I downloaded AFUWin and was able to successfully update my BIOS in Windows XP. There seems to be some other useful tools there and while I don't recommend flashing your BIOS in Windows "if' you need to this is a great resource.
