Error 0xc000007b on new install

I just got a new Dell XPS 8700 and the second item I installed (right after FireFox) was FAH. As soon as it started I got the 0xc000007b "The application was unable to start correctly" error. Any suggestions?

Could be running a 64 bit app on a 32 bit OS ?

cycle through the ide/ahci/raid drive settings and attempt to boot with each one of them. would guess that its there

Good chance of .Net dependency hell.
(Even though I don't know if I ever saw that code or not.)
