Hi,
I am building a new rig (my build got delayed by the availability of decent z170 mini itx motherboards and buying a new oak floor for my house!)
Here are the full specs I am thinking of:
http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/762966-New-Skylake-based-build-advise-requested
However I am now curious. I believe an Silverstone SX600-G SFX PSU would do me just fine (correct me if I am wrong) it is on the list of recommended PSU's and the Wattage is more than enough for the linked build (even if I were to chuck in an nvidia 980).
I just have 3 questions:
1. There are 2 plugs for Sata power. I will need to power 6 SATA devices (4 HDDs, 1 SSD and 1 optical drive). Can I do this? I believe the supplied cables only power 4.
2. Are there any better Small form factor PSUs I should look at instead?
3. I am mainly looking to use this Small form factor PSU to give me more space, mainly up above. I was going to use the corsair H60 with an ATX PSU (like in the image below):

However I think I could upgrade to the H80 with the small PSU.
The H80 is 38mm deep. The H60 is 27mm. The H80 is therefore 11mm thicker.
The Small PSU is 125mm W whereas a normal ATX psu is 150mm
(http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=524)
This gives me an extra 25mm (which I assume is split evenly on both sides of the PSU?) so 12.5mm extra.
From this maths I believe the H80 will fit. But I have has to make a few assumptions. I am hoping someone can confirm some of this?
Thanks in advance
