As an alternative to standard power sources, would a sterling motor, say with a helium intake be able to be used as a pump motor?

Could use heat generated from the chip/gpu themselves as fuel.

you know what I mean.

Helium would be increasing motor RPMs, increasing water flow, therefore, helium cooling by proxy, water flow being the proxy.
*sigh*

Was not seriously saying I was directly cooling via helium.

Entire thought was: use sterling motor to pump water, use helium to increase RPM.
so...helium enhanced water cooling unit.....but anyway.
