Contents of Windows 10 Start Button right click menu are located inside the WinX folder.
In case Windows 10 Start Button right click menu malfunctions, default contents may be copied from one of the locations listed below, and this would fix the problem of the Windows 10 Start Button right click menu not displaying default contents.
