Which pins to cross?

Last time I did a build I built an Ivy Bridge. The psu I bought did not work. To test it I had to cross two different pins. Well now I am building a Skylake and my PSU is not working. Which pins do I cross to test the PSU? Thanks is advance.

Green and any of the black ones. Be careful!
