So I am about to purchase either an MSI R9 390 or one of the GTX 970's after my XFX HD 7970 died. I have an (approximately) 3 year old Antec HCG-620M which I believe is based off of the reliable Seasonic M12 Series. My CPU is an FX 8370E. With 48A supplied to the 12v rail, do you guys think that my rig would be able to not only run the 390 with no issues, but to overclock it and my CPU?

Thought you might say that. I decided it was unnecessary for me to get the 390X, but wasn't really asking about overclocking before. I am now. I am a student so I have to purchase extremely wisely.

I suppose overclocking was mentioned though, didn't see that response before. Guess I can be rest assured :)
