I need a ~$30 used camera that does't take long between photos.

I have a Nikon COOLPIX S51 8.1 MP which goes for only about $20 used on ebay but it's all I really need (flash, 8mp or better, macros). But it takes too long of a pause between photos and when doing things like changing flash to on/off there's a slight delay, only about 2 or 3 seconds pause but when I'm taking a lot of pics, it's annoying.
I don't need anything super fast. I just need something cheap that can take photos quick and quick response when doing menu stuff like flash on/off. Only want to spend like $25-$35 used. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Just use your phone. Any reasonably modern phone will be better than any camera you can get for $30.
