Guys. It must be a game not system. I compared my fps in Unigine Heaven 4.0 and 3dmark11 with similiar rig and i have exactly the same fps:)

Also i have a question. During Black Ops 3 my gpu load is spiking randomly from 98% to 70% or lower. Is this game issue?
 
Probably, the game isn't very demanding. Gpu loads when it is needed.
 
Also sometimes in Black Ops 3 i am getting weird gpu load drops to 10% from 90%. Then fps is going much lower. It can be related to game or my hardware? Thx
 
I saw on other clip that somebody have drop to 24%. It is GPU LOAD from screen ?
