So I'm an adult who only just build his PC.
I don't have a great build going on.
- Z11 Plus Case
- Asus z170 Mobo
- R9 290 4GB GPU
- Skylake 6600K
- Hyper Evo Cooler
- 4X4GB RAM DDR4
My build is so flawed. I have a Skylake I am scared to overclock, thinking it will die, overheat and break or kill other parts in my build.
I have read that overclocking doesn't really do much for gamers and the high risks..
I'm far from smart, I have no idea about voltages and running tests...
Should I return my 6600K and go with 6600?
I am so stupid I brought the air cooler before realizing I should have went water cooling for an overclock build...
I haven't been so stressed out in a long time.
Any advice is appreciated.
