After a LONG time I have finally broke down and bought all the parts for my much needed upgrade. I spent more than I wanted to but I decided to water cool the cpu and bought a new case. Feels good to see those Newegg and performance pcs boxes hitting the porch once again! :D This build excludes and GPUs for the time being, I will be borrowing my brother's 2 GTX 980s until I purchase new cards. I'll be waiting for the new series GPUs, or if there is a great deal on a couple 980ti I will go that route as well. I've got a couple more things I'm waiting for in the mail so I'm hoping to get it finished by this weekend.

SPECS:
Intel 5930k/Asus X-99 Deluxe
32GB G.Skill Rip Jaws V series 3200
Samsung 850 Evo 1 TB SSD

That's one hell of an upgrade. And a J Batch to boot. Can't wait to see this put together

Thanks guys! Yeah, I wasn't too sure about the green fans but I really like how they look with the black case! I'm on about 25 hours of testing and bleeding now and everything looks good. It should be done by the weekend as long as USPS delivers by Saturday.

EDIT: Anyone have any suggestions for hiding all the wires to the fan controller? I was thinking of making an aluminum cover to go over the top and slot side facing the back of the case to feed the wires through? Not sure how to make them look nice and clean otherwise?

I got everything put together, well I haven't put my fan controller in yet because I'm still working on a way to conceal the wires. I want this to be very clean and not have any exposed wires. I have 10 fans going and it's a little on the loud side so I think if I can run them about 60~70% it should be quiet enough for me. Well, here's a couple pictures of it so far.
EDIT: I'm borrowing two GTX 980s from my brother until the 1000 series cards come out.

Sweet rig! Congrats on the upgrade!

Thanks Neb! I'm still waiting on another fan controller and a couple small items to finish it up. Just got my Corsair Strafe MX Silent keyboard today, man that's nice keyboard! I'll post a desktop shot once everything is finished up.

Does anyone have any idea when Pascal GPUs are going to hit the market? So much varying information out there but nothing solid. I thought they were looking for a Q1 release? Now I'm seeing we'll be lucky to see them by the end of this year? I wouldn't mind waiting a couple months but not a year, I might just go ahead and get the 980ti?

I've seen Sept/Oct thrown around quite a lot. Sounds reasonable.

Hmmm, yeah I might just got with the 980ti then, I don't have much patience! :D

Love the colour combo!

Thank you! I wanted to try something different this time. Does anyone know where I can find some DECENT cable combs? The cablemod combs are absolute crap and fall apart in your hands!

A company called v1 tech just started making cable combs but I have no idea about their quality

Thank you, I'll give them a try and let everyone know how they are. They are cheap enough to buy and throw away if they're junk like the other two companies I tried.

Ok sounds good! Definitely let us know; I was looking Into them for My bitfenix fury cabling
Can you link me to them? I just looked at their website and didn't see any cable combs. I see they make cable extensions and a few other things.

I read over it too quick. It's free cable combs with the purchase of their extensions. It's on their Facebook page. I apologize

Haha, that's no problem! I might just make my own at this point, either out of aluminum or some white Delrin. I have plenty of both materials at the shop. Thanks anyway
