Looking for a CPU upgrade (AMD!) mostly for gaming

Hello guys,

since you provided so much help to oc my 1055T a long time ago it's time for a new CPU.
My information about comparison of CPU's are limited, so I'm asking for help again.

I need an upgrade on my CPU since I keep losing more and more fps in CPU heavy games:

Corsair XMS3 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800)
PowerColor Radeon R9 290 PCS+ 4GB DDR5

OCZ Trion 100 400GB SSD
Western Digital WD30EZRX 3TB SATA
Lian Li PC-P80 ARMORSUIT Big-Tower
Corsair H80 / H110i (can decide between those)
be quiet! Dark Power Pro 10 Netzteil (750 Watt)
Windows 10 64bit

I hope you guys have a decent tip (can also include to oc a CPU) for me, because playing with framedrops down to 5fps sucks.

What's the CPU temp when you're having these framerate drops?
What's the current CPU cooler?
How far are you OC'd?

Temp is the same when the frames drop.

Do you have an upgrade budget?
FX would be nice, but I don't know it would help you THAT much in gaming.

what games do you enjoy the most?

With your setup you should not be having trouble. Have you tried uninstalling your drivers and reinstalling?
