Looking For Server Rack Recommendation

I'm looking for recommendations on a sturdy server rack. Budget is $1600 (just for the rack) and I'd like to use these cases unless someone can recommend better ones for a similar price. (http://www.mypccase.com/chrmrasechw5.html) I'd like to be able to fit 4-6 of these 4U cases. I'd also like a ball bearing rail system if possible so I can easily slide the cases in and out. However, I’m not familiar with the reliability/sturdiness of these sliding racks, so any advice on that would be much appreciated as well.

I would suggest looking locally for a good Dell rack on Craigslist or similar, personally.
