I've begun buying parts for this build. Budget's just $800 for now.

Primarily, this PC is a Handbrake factory. I hope the build can convert 720p .mkv videos into 720p .mp4 videos in 2.5 minutes each with an average conversion rate of 200+fps. Will the E3-1246V3 and DDR3 16GB RAM be able to work with Handbrake??
Once DOOM 2016's Official System Specs come around, the budget will increase to accommodate a GTX 970 and/or other parts in order to play the game. I have no plans to overclock, no 4K and can hope to play today's games in at least 60fps and normal 1080p.
