Their performance is alomost equal with the Ti having a slight lead so if it were me whichever one was on sale/the cheapest.
I would look at this for nearly the price of the 1050Ti https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137050&cm_re=rx_470-_-14-137-050-_-Product has free shipping and much better card.

i think the 1050 is $134+tax and the 460 is about the same price as the 470

Did you say 1050 or 1050Ti. The cheapest Ti I found at BB was $150 that's why I suggested the 470 which is a much better card for relatively the same cost.

p to you I h=guess how much you want to spend and where you want to shop. The Ti is slightly better than the 460 but the 470 blows them both away.

GPUBoss puts the 1050Ti and RX 470 pretty close to dead even over-all.

Agreed. If the price is nearly the same, find the stat that makes the most sense for your need and buy the better of the bunch.

ended up with the 1050 ti and fallout 4 and watch dogs 2 work and run great on high settings with no lag or stutter!
