Radeon R9 295X2 Overclocking

You think it is even worth overclocking this behemoth? Default is 1018 mhz, 1100 caused graphical glitches, currently running at 1049.

Is such small increments even worth the extra heat?

Worth it..... love that question as it has a different answer for every person. Figure out what it does at those clocks and if its worth it to YOU. FWIW, I only overclocked it for benchmarking. But then again, I was on 2560x1440 and not 4K so...... see 1st/2nd sentences again.

Update your signature... looks a bit dated on the GPU.

Woops, fixed. I have a love/hate relationship with overclocking, it scares of the crap out of me when things just BSOD out of nowhere even though I know damn well that overclock was too ambitious XD

What about memory overclocking?
