Akasa Viper R AK-FN073 Case fan

Would like to request input or a review if possible on these fans, if were to believe the website these fugly 140mm push a massive ~110CFM at ~22db. £10 each on Amazon, that's a lot of bang for buck ?

These fans do push a lot of air, however they make a lot of noise doing it

just say no

My GP-14 do ~20db at full throttle and are near dead silent ?

No. And if your Noctua ran that fast, it too would make lots of noise. I have reviewed all of the Noctua fans. They are great fans, but they are not magic. Moving air makes noise(tm).
