So far no Coil wining in either psu and gpu, but little bit worried about voltage.

I agree I can't make heads or tails of what your voltage actually is. That's one of the problems with AISuite it tends to mess up many readings. One other thing about Asus optimization, what has it done to your memory? Typically it will downclock it from my experience. My suggestion would be to Uninstall AISuite, it's intrusive and not all that reliable if you ask me. There is an uninstaller for it available at ROG forums if you google it. They have this uninstller because it's hard to remove all traces by using windows to remove it.
Then I would go into your bios. Reset to defaults set the XMP profile and start over by raising the multi and testing.

is it the same if i CMOS, keep the AISuite for the fan controlling, and do it manually in bios?

can you give me a V to start with 10 x 47 = 4700 Mhz i wanne run this, and which burn in test is best for skylake at the moment, if read something about Prima95 wasnt working great and upping the voltage to high... some bug...
But i could find alot info about it.

thnx mate ill report back! altough 135v seems a bit low compared to what asus suite give me, but indeed will deinstall asus suite cause the readings arent always correct. i think i should be able to push 4.8 with this airflow
also asus suite will mess with alot more nb core ets..

with vcore on auto and mulitplier on x 48 i have stable temps with highest 73c degrees. vcore goes up to 1.48/1.504......

stable with aida, temps are fine, but still high vcore i will try 1.35 till 1.4 tomorrow, this is the right next step, right?
 
Yes it is. I suggested 1.35v because there's still a bit of room to raise it from there. Either for the next 100 MHz or just stability. For everyday use I would stay in the 1.4v range for a limit

@ moment stable at 10 x 47 4.7Ghz @ 1.4 V... in bios , cpu-z give 1.408 V whats the next step...:bang head max 65c degrees

raise up to x48 on 1.4 and it will BSOD. increase Voltage or stick to X 47 and try to down the Voltage?
 
I would work on the 4700 @ 1.4v and make sure it's stable. On the Aida stability test check off FPU and cache only that should heat it up a bit more

mmm i changed to aida test and now its less temps running 100.20 x 47 @ 1.408 V without cache and FPU, 60 C max degrees after 1 hour stress testing. basicly its around 45 - 55 degrees.
even not all fans are running, you think i can go up to 48/49/50 @ 1.45? or is that unsafe. altough the pictures in OP giving much more Voltage with AISuite
after 8 hours temp went to 69 degrees

Im not sure whats correct now i downed it to 1.380 in bios, but gpu-z gives me 1.392 V, same as CPUID also gives me this value

Table:
Alls test done with AIDA, no FPU no cache

1.33 V in BIOS - Crash in under 2 minutes BSOD
1.35 V (gpuz reports = 1.36 V) pc instantly reboots 5 minute
1.37 V (gpuz reports = 1.392) ... stable after 20 min, crash

I think you misunderstood. I wanted you to run with only FPU and cache checked off. FPU is the one that creates the heat. Try running it all by itself, you'll see what I mean.
 
ok thanks, but were oc cpu right? so cpu should be selected also?... anyway this time the fans are running faster, indeed :D
 
You are stress testing the CPU with FPU and Cache selected. This is just removing other variables like memory, etc out of it as well as it stressing the CPU more.
 
Dont feel stupid. You were not the only one that has done that... and they spoke English natively. :p
