Likely not, I imagine they use the same type that you have on corsair coolers that aren't really meant to be tampered with. Assuming you mean a hybrid cooler and not a hydrocopper.
Well, it all depends if you're talking about a AIO GPU or a custom waterblock. A AIO is maintenance-free while a custom waterblock should get flushed pre-installation just in case there's debris left over from the manufacturing process.
