Is it possible to change cluster size?

Is it possible to change the clustersize of a partition without completely reformatting it?

I apparently have more space then windows can deal with for a 4k cluster size now and get the following error when trying to extend my partition onto the drive space I added:

There may be other software also. Partition magic comes to mind.

Partition Magic died many years back as far as I know, got replaced by MiniTool Partition Wizard. Roughly same easy to use UI but updated to Win10. The free version does near anything you might need and you can even download a boot cd

I'm giving mini partitian wizard a try. It's taking forever, but that's to be expected (I have a lot of data). It seems to be working though.
