Overclocking i5-4690k

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a custom overclock on the i5-4690k.
I currently have it overclocked to 3.7ghz, but I want it to run as fast as possible with not too high temperatures (Below 70c)
Idle, it stays around 37c, with highs of 39c.
Under load, it goes up to around 46c.
I would like to overclock it as far as it can go with safe temperatures, and if anyone can give me a guide on how to do that it would be incredibly helpful.
I have a very limited knowledge on how to custom overclock a cpu (Increasing multiplier, voltages etc).
System specs:
i5-4690k
Cooler master hyper 103 (Used included thermal paste)
MSI Z97 PC MATE
MSI Geforce GTX 960 2GB
8GB DDR3-1866mhz RAM
Kingston 120gb V300 ssd
Corsair CX600
Corsair 230T Graphite Series

I can download any software and run any test on my setup if required.

I would use Intel XTU to test stability.
Overclocking your CPU is very simple. Raise the multiplier until it isn't stable, then raise the vCore to stabilize. Repeat until you get to either 1.35V on the vCore or start to hit 90°C at load.
