Not on this machine, but I am running stock speed. I figure I'll give it a few WUs to chew through at stock to get some numbers, then I'll bump the speed up a bit and see what I can get at reasonable temps.

Getting the itch to get some folding cards now!

Wonder how lon it will take the egg to get more in stock???

I would like to see the numbers from fahbench 2.2.5.
750K at default and a 185 watt (I think) card is sweet!!!!

I see your numbers with the later bench, 112 is pretty dang good @750K ppd
a mildly clocked 980 scores 81-82 @400K ppd.
so yes silver you can relate the scores to ppd for comparing cards.

6% complete

So, with 2 of these cards, we're looking at about 1.5M PPD.

Now if I can just sell off my other stuff, I can get a non-FE card to go with this one.

Edit: Ok, I'm looking at 1.9M PPD on my home systems running 5 cards (1 @ 1080, 3 @ 970, 1 @ Titan), and my works systems run about 600K ppd. 2.5M

And I'm going to pull the Titan and replace it with 3 @ 280x cards that should add about 150 to 200K ppd to my total. If I get another 1080, I can drop it in my main computer and get about 3.4M PPD. Muhahaha! Not HayesK or Macaholic numbers, but pretty darn decent.

Now if we could just get about 15 of the top 20 users to all get a 1080 (or 1070), we'll be pushing for the number 2 spot in only a couple of years.

That is amazing! And that's without being actively cooled? 85F in the house?!?

I'm also wondering what the power draw is :)

Over on the folding forum, someone told me that Precision X could tell you the power draw. The "Power" stat was running between 74 and 92. The scale ran to 150, so that might be Watts, it might not.

Sorry, but I don't have a UPS with a power meter, or a Kill-a-watt.

Also, another bit of weirdness. Precision says that with a 0 GPU clock offset, I'm running at 1835 Mhz on the core clock.

you might try downloading the latest version, I think what you are seeing is percent of tdp.

then I guess you'll just have to wait for an update.
does gpu-z read it properly?

This is what I see:

Exciting times, thanks for being an 'early adopter" Torin(and all ya'll).

...I plan to join the GTX 1080 folders a little further down the road.

wow, 94% of tdp, you might take a bit off the clock to make sure it doesn't throttle on you.

Dang you Torin, now you've gone and made me drool so much I shorted out my keyboard, had to get a new one
I don't know if I'll get any 1070 or 1080's any time soon but will get 2 980's to put in my 4P's, that way I can fold and use the servers as a server :).
I think if half the active folders on this team got 1080's, we might even be #1  but then again, all the other team will be doing the same thing

Yeah, I had to put a drool protector on my keyboard when the estimated PPD numbers were coming out for the 1080s.

I think our team has always had a much higher than normal percentage of power users. That is how we've been able to keep up with about 1/2 or less of the active folders as the other top 5 teams.

We've only got 105 active folders.

Evga is number one, but I believe they give credits to their folders for hardware.

But yeah, 52 folders with 1080s is 39M PPD, which about 2M ppd more than we're making now.

Or raise the power limit. ;)

ED, It actually runs most of the time bouncing between the upper 60%s and mid 80%s. 94% seems to be a peak. The highest I've seen was 97%.
