dumping ps1/ps2 games on pc?/ tips on htpc build

I plan on doing a pc build for emulators and steam as well as xbmc and plex... is there anything that can dump ps1/ps2 games for a psx/ps2 emulator and tips on my planned build for my bedroom will be helpful too... http://pcpartpicker.com/list/svWTwV
