i just came downstairs to the same problem again
but at least i could bring it back with a hard reset and then a blind restart 
i down clocked my cards a little(1250->1230) and dropped the power limit to +5% (was at 10%), maybe that will help
i KNEW i shouldn't have said anything about my 'stability'
