Auto regolation pump's speed with cpu and gpu cooled

Hi guys.If I have a pump with pwm regolation but I am cooling cpu and gpu, the regolation of pump''s speed in base of what is regolated?Cpu's temperature or gpu's temperatures?

That will depend. What do you have the pump hooked into. I assume it is hooked into a motherboard header. If this is the case and you did not fiddle with the fan profiles then it will be driven by the cpu temperature.
