Looking for a mATX LGA 1150 motherboard

Hey all - I'm looking for a mATX LGA 1150 motherboard to upgrade my "Little Folder" to add a second GPU...here is what I would like to have on it:

- mATX form factor
- Support Xeon E3-1230V3 processor
- Support for a 2nd GPU (for folding...not trying to SLI)
- At least 1 GBE port
- USB 3.0 ports

My "Little Folder" also doubles as my SageTV server and Plex server...I fold with the GPU slot, and leave the processor bandwidth open for the media streaming.

I've poked around, but I'm not really all that familiar with brands for the 1150 socket...what is good...etc.

Any help and/or advice on a good motherboard would be great.
