Yeah, I'm divided on this. On the one hand, one of the most hyped up games for DX12 not shipping with DX12 support at launch seems like a crappy way to run a business. They're just trying to effect an 'on time' release, even though the game isn't finished.
On the other hand, at least they acknowledged there were issues and didn't wait for people who paid for the game to beta test it and THEN patch it.
