skylake non-k overclock, are these numbers safe?

hi there,

i'm new to overclocking and this is my very first attempt in it...
hoping to seek some guidance in here...

here is my system:

ga z170 hd3p ddr4 rev 1.0
core i3 6098p
ripjaws v 2x8gb 2400mhz ddr4
radeon hd 7750 1gb gddr5 (will be upgraded soon)
seasonic s12ii 600w
adata sp550 240gb (os + apps)
wd blue sata3 7.2k 500gb
gamerstorm captain 240L aio clc
thermaltake versa h35

are these numbers safe? do i have to push it some more? or do i have to lower it down? TIA...

Can i push it some more? Lets say 1.4v my t case for this cpu is only 66c how much more headroom do i have?

According to ARK/CPU-World max temp is 66c, HWinfo64 shows 76c/78c ?

You can go up to 90c your fine, it will throttle at 100c.

I'm confused, manufacturer says 66c and you're saying ignore it, go higher ?

That is Tcase, not TJmax.

Your 6700K is at 64C Tcase.

Keep it under 90c for best stability.

90c at stress test? If so do i have to maintain a specific avg temp on light/heavy cpu loads? Thanx for the responses..

Yes, max temperatures, period. Be it a stress test or otherwise. Clearly a stress test will run hotter than most anything you do on a PC, so any other light/heavy loads will be lower in temperature.

What bios version are you using?

I would keep voltage at about ~1.4V max. If you want to play some more then I see that memory frequency is pretty low

Any recommendation for the ram frequency im still new to this.
