are these numbers safe? do i have to push it some more? or do i have to lower it down? TIA...

Your voltage and temps look fine to me. You should be good

Can i push it some more? Lets say 1.4v my t case for this cpu is only 66c how much more headroom do i have?

90c at stress test? If so do i have to maintain a specific avg temp on light/heavy cpu loads? Thanx for the responses..

Yes, max temperatures, period. Be it a stress test or otherwise. Clearly a stress test will run hotter than most anything you do on a PC, so any other light/heavy loads will be lower in temperature.

sorry for the delay mates, have been busy at work, here is my final attempt in my overclock..
thanks OCforums more power.

I would keep voltage at about ~1.4V max. If you want to play some more then I see that memory frequency is pretty low ;)
