Is that a voltage setting?

CPU/NB would be the NB frequency as shown in CPUz (see my pic). It is not a voltage, although it does have voltage control for it.

That's what the nb/Cpu was at. The ram was 1.550

Those are voltage settings. You want to adjust the frequency, via the multiplier.

Update... Flashed bios with the dvd the Mobo came with, reinstalled Windows and set everything to stock. Seems to be running. Thanks for the help.

On a side note, it seems that Windows encrypted itself into the bios, which corrupted it. Weird.

Bad ram timings corrupted the bios.
Happens all the time.

Even after formatting the ssd, the bios kept trying to load Windows. It even had a Windows error page. But I guess that too. Weird. Thanks for your help though.
