Are Intel Skylake CPUs are bending under the pressure of some coolers?

There must be a lbf specification for 1151 Intel dose not sell a heat sink for the k series anymore. I use the hyper 212 because it has springs and a stop and the stock Intel cooler is spring loaded and is a stop type.

Common sense prevails.
It was not a problem before because the substrate on other platforms was thicker.
Now, how is it the cooler manufacturers problem that Intel cheepo'ed out on their end?

The cooler manufactures should have warning if your using there cooler on 1151 if it is not rated for it.
