so the the idea is to incorporate 2 flat style rez's to eliminate the tube rez and install a ek flat top on the pump one will placed at the back were the current one sits and the other will lay flat on the bottom below the video card also alleviating my ocd for the one out of place tube running from the cpu over top of the gpu and into it also the new setup will support the gpu

this is what we are starting with

on to the test cuts seeing if the size will work. first cutting mock ups from some cheap wood

the size and shape will fit the build now to pre cut the 1/4 acrylic sheets 3 pieces per rez

working with the layout i would like to have mostly working on the fly sittting there thinking this would work but nah that would work better i layout the holes for drilling and tapping

then on to the pipe work,filling and leak testing. note bottom rez has dump pipe on the bottom that leads to the rear of case with a valve

This is very unique and I like it. Good job. I like your attention to detail. Your pipes are routed perfectly and the entire setup is very neat and clean.

Dang TK! That is some impressive stuff. I have serious tool envy:drool:

I have been thinking about getting a laser bench. What are you working with there?
I've outsourced a few things, but its a pain and expensive. I have a local acrylic guy, but works at a big warehouse and has little time or patience for me...
