Hello lads,

I always like to make sure if a build works because I might overlook something and buy a wrong part. This build is for my friend and I'd just like to make sure theres no wrong part in there that isn't compatible with another.

Here it is:

Case: Sharkoon BW9000W
Motherboard: ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming
CPU: i7-6700K
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2133 16GB
GPU: GTX1070 8GB
SSD: Crucial MX300 525GB
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 550 GS

Thanks in advance!

Baris.

Yes, it works together just fine but I would suggest moving up to DDR4 3000 to overcome the latency penalty of low frequency DDR4 compared to DDR3 of the same frequency.

I'd recommend looking for DDR4-3000 ram, it's the "sweet spot" of DDR4.

*edit* Trents beat me to it!
