Wow a Vesa Bus Trident video card, that is definitely a blast from the past. Way back when I owned a 486, I had a number9 graphics vesa card.
 
I think that may have very well been the same board, I remember it having both 30 and 72 pin SIMMs, I ran a DX4 100, with the number9 graphics vesa card, and Promise caching IDE controller that was very picky on the 30-pin simms that it had installed on it.
 
My old S3 is similar, but different. Mine is a Diamond Stealth 3D, and the 'stealth' stands for anyone's ability to locate it's 3D capabilities. It did pair well with my Voodoo II though.
