December is already here and this is our last CPU bench for the season. January brings us into our GPU leg of the marathon so we can all try out any new Christmas toys we may get. I've decided on a single core benchmark this month to put us all on an even playing field as much as I can any way.
Since the 64bit version is paid this will be limited to 32bit only
What: Geekbench3 Single Core 32bit only
Who: any forum member
CPU: any CPU
Cooling: any cooling type
When: Ends: December 31, 12 Midnight EST

Do we have to buy Geekbench ? the version for download will only do 32bit benchmarks.
 
That's up to you. 64bit scores better an IIRC it was pretty cheap.
That is a good point, maybe I'll have to specify 32bit only?
 
Throw something up here.... raw meguhurtzzz run (no tweaks - dont have any, LOL!). Maybe this CPU has 5Ghz in it... I have a month to open the window and see. I would guess 5500 score takes it this month for the ambient crowd. :)

Great scores!! Wow!

I managed to hit 5Ghz without issue. Well, I can't say without issue. I think I borked one of my BIOS' :rofl:. Last time I ran it, I hit 5361...
 
Yeah, my 5ghz is around 1.5v-1.52, so kinda iffy about trying it on air ;) got this one 2h Realbench stable ~80c, so fairly happy about it.
 
I am close to 5500 on air, not sure there is enough left to swing it with not so good rams
 
Thanks guys I'm hoping to have more time this month to try and compete. I definitely need to try to tweak this system to get it running better. Looking forward to see what this thing can do in the cold this winter.

Took about 1.5v for me to run at 5.0 and 1.55v to get 5.1 stable. Hoping to get a little more out of the ram as well.
