Hello guys,
I have a Netgear ReadyNas314.
Running 4x 2tb WD Nas HDD's.
Currently i am using about 500gb of the 6tb, but i would like to have a safe copy of my content. With my old nas unit, i would plug in a USB drive to the front, press a button, and it would backup my unit to the external drive.
The ReadyNAS 314 has esata on the front, but USB on the back. I believe this is USB 3.0
Which would be the best option for doing a complete backup of the unit?
USB 3.0 external drive or esata?
Does anyone know how i setup the Nas unit to copy itself completely to the external drive? Or is it set for the from the factory?
