In the market for a cpu from one of these generations and I Just wanna make sure there won't be any issues. Anybody had any problems with this platform on Win10? Instability, boot issues, etc? Reverting to 7 IS an option, I'd just like to avoid it if I can.

i have 3 sandy machines at home on win10 everything runs fine on it, even 775 stuff runs fine on 10.

I just upgraded from Sandy Bridge. i7-2600k. I started using Windows 10 on it around this time last year without any issues whatsoever. I use my PC every day. I ran 10 on it for months so you should have no problem doing the same.
