Finalmouse customer service.... or lack there of..

The company can't figure out the mail apparently....

LOL. While I sympathize with his plight (and I'm really impressed by his patience), buying products not available from the manuf. in your country seems like a risk, for the reasons so carefully detailed by this poor guy. If it's any consolation to him, I'll remember Finalmouse when I need a new mouse, and not favorably.

Never even heard of finalmouse before, so not surprised by the bad support.
