should i have heat sinks on vrm on gpu with after market heatsink?

i only have heatsinks for the memory i believe it is the square spots on the card around the processor.
i do have a fan on it to run anywhere between 80-210 cfm should i be fine?

Should be fine.

It seems to be working well idle is now 35℃ arctic mono instead of 43℃ reference cooler. And average 20℉ less than reference. Across all games. It might drop a few more it I had those heat sinks on the rest of the card.
