do i need a new psu for my new gpu or will my current psu work

ok so i decided to buy a new in box saphire RX 470 heres the link

how many watts do i need for the psu and how many amps on the 12 volt rails heres my specs

XEON W3565
475 WATT PSU 38 AMPS ON THE 12 VOLT RAILS 1 6 PIN PCIE POWER PLUG BUT I ALSO HAVE A 6PIN TO 8 PIN
6X 4GB DDR3 RAM THANKS

you're good to go it's a 130 watt cpu and about the same for the gpu so 250-300 watts should be the worst case draw.
 
Not sure what brand of power supply you have tho, so it can be underrated. A quality branded power supply like EVGA or Seasonic in a 500w flavor will do you right.
 
The PSU should be adequate as long as it isn't failing or something.
