Rog OC panel ii

Ok so I was looking into purchasing an OC panel to pair with my asus gene viii. So looking around on the Asus website it looks like the newer version of the panel the "OC panel ii" is the one that is compatible with my board.

So I have been searching and searching and cannot find one for sale even on ebay. Is this one of those elusive items like a e-power where it will take an act of Congress for me to find one. Is this only available with the high end ROG boards so I will have to find a used one maybe.


This is not a critical piece of hardware for me just more of a luxury, I miss the on the fly changes I could make on my z97 soc-force.

I may have 1 or 2 of them. Can you share pics/details on ocpanel i and ii so I can check them?

The easiest way I see to spot the differences is the layout of the fan headers.

The oc panel ii has 3 vertically on the left and one on the right.


The original one has ask 4 headers horizontal across the top.

I'll dig through all my 'miscellaneous stuff' bins this week and see what I can find.

Found 2 oc panel i....those definitely won't work? Will look more this week.
