I currently have the build that's in my signature, and I'm planning on buying one of those cheap 27" 1440p Korean monitors off eBay to replace my 6 year old 1080p 60Hz Viewsonic monitor. I've looked on Google, but I don't see much recent info about these monitors. So far I've looked at the Qnix QHD2710R, Qnix QX2710, and X-STAR DP2710. I also plan on overclocking the monitor, and I'd be happy if I could get at least 96Hz without frame skipping. Which monitor should I get?

Also what video card should I get? I'm considering a GTX1070. My GTX780 only has 3GB of VRAM and I know that I'll need far more than that for 1440p gaming.
