Should i use Asus optimal to overcloak my cpu or do it manually with some guide(help)?

Doing it for gaming, is it worth it or should i keep it stock?

Specs:

i5-4690k cooled with Hyper D92

Asus H97M-E

24 DDR3 2133mhz

Msi gtx 1070 gaming x

Pretty sure asus optimal is just a setting for how many phases you are using for your vrms. So optimal would be between normal and extreme. Just allows for more power control. You can try playing with it to see if it helps stabilize your overclock

Alright thanks i think i gonna go back at stock speed and get more info before trying to oc.
