Big update today, I did a fair bit last night & its all coming along pretty smoothly. The black & white parts are all working really well with each other.

PSU & memory have arrived, I love the packaging on the EVGA power supplies.

Managing to keep it somewhat neat so far.

Printing a mounting block for the Dual revo to keep the wiring out of the way as much as possible.

Fan controller painted & in place. I have 4 versions of this cover now + a few aborted ones as I tweaked the drawing to get it right. Brackets to hold it in position are printing now.

I'm going to try & find some plastic sheet to start the base & back wall today, most of the stuff locally I've found has been too thin & flimsy so far.

Sanding, painting, sanding, painting..

I printed these as a fan cover, keeping with the theme of the Taichi motherboard. I'm not positive that they will be on the final build, I'll wait to see how it looks.

Made up an mdf template to make sure it fit & played around with positioning.

Cover plate for the D5 pump to hide the wiring. I'll probably mount some clear acrylic in the cutout section & light this up.

I need to paint the back of the white sheets, as they are a little transparent when lit up.

Other parts have been base coated, I just need to let them dry out, then I can do the detailed painting.

Success! The plate is ready to fit once the back wall is secured in position. I have a bit more hole cutting, bracket making & painting before I get to that stage, so hopefully this weekend.

Most certainly does, looks like that 3D printer comes in handy

Small update today.

The gear didn't look right, so I went with something different. Should be good once there is a filter under it.

Brackets completed, it's almost ready to put together. Just have to wait for the final paint coat to dry, then I can finish up fitting & wiring the lower section.

Getting close to completion, waiting on AMD now, and on being lucky enough to get hold of the GPUs in the first release.

Anyone have suggestions for coolant colour? The mount has 2 UV LEDs mounted in it, so will highlight the coolant if it is UV reactive.

Fitting it all together.

Almost there.

Finished up the lighting tonight & took some shots in the dark.

It's so tempting to just go grab a cheap GPU & boot it up. Probably the only thing stopping me is not wanting to drain the waterloop when the GPUs get added.

I gave in & picked up an RX550 yesterday, just so I could play around with the CPU.

Memory stable at 3200, I did have to drop the timings a little to 16-16-16-39 & bump the volts up to 1.4. CPU overclocks to 4.0 with the memory at this speed, any faster & it has boot issues.

The cooling is amazing. I've been running the CPUZ stress test for about 20 minutes now & the CPU temp has stabilized at 40c. The fans are running at 25%, so plenty of room left for the GPUs.
