Right now I have an

380 W Antec EA-380D Green 80 Plus Bronze
i3-2100 3.1 ghz
4GB Memory
R7 240 Video Card says needs 350 PS
Win7 64 BIT
Simple mouse and keyboard
DVD RW
Headphones
Sometimes use sound through my TV
1 HD 7200 RPM

I would like to add a R7 370 to this exact setup.
It says from a power supply website that the 370 needs 450 and 1, 6 pin connector. I know I have 380, but I am not running anything special and cpu isnt that fast, and I heard that the PS is above average brand, etc.

Let me know if you need like amp and -12 V stuff to decide.

THANKS GUYS

AC input 100V-240 V ~ /8A-4A:47hz-63hz
DC ouput +3.3v
20A
+5V
20A

+12v1
17A

+12V2
15A

-12V
0.8A

+5vsb
2.5A

Then it says +3.3V, +5v max load 115 w
+12v1, +12v2 max load 336 w

I would figure that you are going to be pulling between 260 and 300 watts so it will just run it, but I'd rather see you with a 500 watt unit.

Hey, thanks for the reply guy.

I am at this outervision power supply calculator http://outervision.com/b/VMnEiz and it says im using 215 watts, for my current system, and recommends only a 264 watt psu.
When I add the r7 370 it goes to saying I am using 298W, and recommends a 348 W. What do you(you guys) think?

So, it says this too +3.3V would use with R7 370 8.7A +5V would use 11.2A and combined watts is 85w
Then it says +12V would be 21.9A and watts 263

My current PSU as I posted above has
+3.3V, +5v max load 115 w
+12v1, +12v2 max load 336 w

I dont plan on adding anything to the system.

The cheapest R7 370 I found on newegg needs two 6 pin PCIe connectors, not one. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125815R

So, with a fudge factor, and room for any overclocking, etc., you're between 260 and 300 watts, like caddi daddi said. While the Antec is a decent PSU, that's a higher percentage of it's capacity than most of us would like to see for daily use. It will run it, but

Ok, well the one I am trying to get has 1 pin, I think that is probably a misprint, or meant for if you have to for crossfire?

There are some versions of the r7 370 with one 6pin and less than 500w required psu. In all honesty I think 400-450w would be needed for 370 not 500w, while 360 for example is whole other story. If I were you I would look for 460 and save little extra money for it, if you go that rute you wont have to change that PSU if it is functional
