What part of the gpu is causing this, how can I fix it?
I got lot's of broken gpu's and I am testing them now.
I managed to fix some of them by reflowing it, but don't know is this one fixable.
I have lc600h-12 v2.31 psu with +12v1 20A and +12v2 20A.

Check the caps and see if any are bulging. Try an older Gpu driver, sometimes older card do not like newer drivers. Pull the heatsink and re tim the Gpu. If none of those things work and you've tried reflowing it, it may be time to get a new gpu.
