Screen dim after big windows 10 update

Anybody else having this issue? last night windows 10 had a big update, now my screen is dim and dull. Changing the settings on my monitor does not fix it. I uninstalled and did a clean install on the latest nvdia driver and I noticed during the process when the driver was removed my screen was bright again, but went right back to dim once it was installed again. I wonder if its just an nvdia issue or even worse just a me issue?

Power settings in W10? There isn't much W10 doesn't screw up anymore. It's becoming a real kludge.

Sounds like it might be the new F.lux like feature added to Win10. It was added in the newest Creators update.
